The Pursuit Of Happiness-A True Story of Hope

If you are going through a tough phase of your life, if you are surrounded by the darkness of despair and depression and if you think that nothing can make your life better then please it is a humble request and a friendly suggestion that go and watch the movie "The Pursuit of Happiness". The first important fact about it is that it is based on a true story of a salesman. Second, this movie is full of hope. This movie is about the victory of happiness on sadness, the victory of optimism on pessimism and the victory of determination on destiny.

The Pursuit of Happiness

Everybody faces hardships and challenges in life but those who do not give up in their life are the one who pursue happiness in life. "The Pursuit of Happiness" is a story of a salesman, Christopher Gardner, his struggles, his love for his son, his hardships and his overcoming the hurdles of life. His wife leaves him because Christopher has been unable to fulfill all the needs of the family. Only his little son is living with him. Christopher tries to sell his gadgets in the morning and study at night to appear in some better job examination related to stocks. In between all these situations, the father and the son have to go through a very tough phase. They live in shelters and struggle with poverty. Christopher, who is a bright and talented man, accepts the challenges of life and works hard so that both he and his son can have a better life tomorrow. Finally with his skills, talent and hard work Christopher gets the job he was trying for so long.

The Pursuit of Happiness

It is said that the character called Christopher was inspired from a true story and today he is a successful Stock Broker. One of the famous and inspiring dialogue that I would like to mention here is the one Christopher said to his son and here it goes:"Don’t ever let someone tell you that you can’t do something. Not even me." This is really a beautiful line for motivation. No matter what others think about you but you should be firm in your own determination and should keep on doing things that you want to do in life.
